Who are they?
CataCatou (Cata Catou) are cartoon characters created by Véronique and Jason Barnard.
Cata speaks only French, Catou speaks only English.
They inhabit an imaginary world where children and adults could learn French and English.
Sadly, although the site was built in 2009, it was never publicly released and the characters never saw the real world, as it were.
All that remains is their theme song, appropriately entitled “CataCatou”.
